Keeping the Sellers & Buyers Informed

We work within the traditional brokerage marketplace, (MLS / websites like realtor.com, trulia.com ect..) as well as non-traditional
markets, (Craigslist, Postlets, Point2 ect..), to get you the absolute maximum visibility for your property. Our goal is to provide a fair price for the cost of services rendered, much like any other professional service that consumers pay for.
We will also try alternate sales methods to get your home off the market. If you want to rent or rent-to-own your home, we can help facilitate that process. For lease purchase transactions, we have developed a unique sales approach find tenant buyers. This extra service may really pay come in handy if your home doesn't sell in your timeframe goal.

be very involved and save the most down to seller wants no involvement and will still save money but not the same degree.
